1.1 Utility Discount, ("the Web Site") is a web site operated and owned by For All Business Ltd ("we","us") which is part of the Real Life Group, 6 Harrier Close, Calne, Wiltshire SN11 9UT, aimed at private consumers for non-commercial price comparison between various energy suppliers and providers of financial and other services. For All Business Ltd, is a Company registered in England and Wales with a Company Registration No 07970743 and having its registered office at 2 Worcester Street, Gloucester, GL1 3AA.
1.2 The Web Site enables you to compare prices, and other information relating to the Product Providers and products and services offered by them. Use of this service is free. You may also choose to switch your Product Provider using the site. The switch will be completed either by completing an online application form on the website. If you prefer you can call our team who may be able to complete the switch over the telephone on 0800 0821210.
1.3 These terms and conditions apply to all and any use of the Web Site. If you do not accept these terms and conditions please do not use the website and leave now. 3.1 We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the software that you may download on the website in order to access and collect information relating to the Product Providers' products and Services as permitted by use of the price comparison service and switching service provided by the website.
3.2 When using the software you are accessing and collecting information from the Suppliers on your own behalf and not as an agent of For All Business Ltd.
3.3 This licence is granted for private, non-commercial and personal use only and can be terminated at any time at the sole discretion of For All Business LTD.
4. Liability
4.1 Please note that majority of products and services that you may purchase via the Web Site are provided by our Product Providers. We do not monitor, verify or endorse information featured on the Web Site relating to the suppliers product and services. In particular, we do not confirm any of the prices quoted on the Web Site and it is your responsibility to ensure that the prices and other information relating to products and services are correct. We make no guarantee and accept no liability as to the correctness of any information, products or services. Use of any information or purchase of products or services and switching Suppliers will be entirely at your own risk and may be subject to the Product Providers own terms and conditions.

5.1 Payments for Suppliers' products and services will be made direct to the Product Providers under their terms and conditions.
5.2 When you switch your Product Provider via the Web Site we will receive a brokerage fee from the relevant Provider.
5.3 We assume no responsibility for organising or making payments to the Product Providers. We merely provide a facility enabling you to switch your supplier online or via our telesales facility
5.4 Promotional offers from Product Providers will be fulfilled at the terms available at the time of processing the application. This may not be the date on which application details were entered onto the website.
6. Complaints
6.1 If you have any complaints or comments about us or the service provided via the Web Site you can contact us at any time by either emailing [email protected] or writing to our Customer Services at 2 Worcester Street, Gloucester, GL1 3AA.
6.2 We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within five working days and keep you informed throughout the process and initially inform you how long it is likely to take to resolve the matter.
6.3 If you switched suppliers through our online service and want to raise a formal dispute, you can do so through the European Commission at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. They will then forward the details of your complaint to your supplier’s nominated dispute resolution service to investigate.

8. Subscription term and renewals
8.1 As part of our service, we offer an Auto Renewal Service which needs to be opted in to. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions the subscription for the Service will continue without limitation in time until either you or we decide to terminate the subscription.
8.2 You can terminate your subscription for the Service at any time by giving us notice through our website or through the contact details that we provide to you. If you proceed to switch a supplier on your own, outside the Service, we may treat that as a notice by you to terminate your subscription for the Service.
8.3 The Service is a subscriber only facility. We reserve the right to block access to the Service if it has reason to believe that the Service is being misused.
8.4 The Terms and Conditions in section 2 relate to the Utility Discount Auto Renewal service (the “Service”), by which the subscriber (also referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “you”) authorises us to assess your energy supply contract and certain other household bills from time to time and, where we deem appropriate, to renew the contract or if a renewal tariff is not available to switch supplier on the subscriber’s behalf using our own assessment and judgement in choosing the deal which is best suited for the subscriber according to information provided to us relating to the subscriber.

The company name that will appear on your bank statement is the selected supplier's. Your Direct Debt Instruction will be confirmed to you in writing within 3 working days or no later than 10 working days before the first collection.

Please pay the selected supplier's Direct Debits from the account detailed in this instruction subject to the safeguards assured by the Direct Debit Guarantee

This Guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.

If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, the selected supplier's will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request the selected supplier's to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.

If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by the selected supplier's or your Bank or Building Society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your Bank or Building Society

If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when the selected supplier's asks you to.

You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your Bank or Building Society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify the selected supplier's.
